In her current role, Kathy transformed the OEC technology leadership into a highly scalable, global structure and introduced a global technology talent strategy designed to leverage resources in the US, India and Poland. Under her leadership, OEC established the Enterprise & Architecture Team, implemented a Design Architecture Review Council (DARC), and introduced QA Automation and Performance Engineering.
Kathy also led the initiative to expand OEC’s risk and compliance programme to include ISO27001 and ISO9001 certifications. She was named a 2016 CIO of the Year finalist and was recognised as a 2018 Notable Woman in Technology.
She holds a Master Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada. She is a Board member of RITE (Regional Information Technology Engagement), and is an experienced public speaker and strong advocate for outreach programmes that foster and promote diversity in tech.
