John Haluch

As Vice President, Customer Success, John Haluch is responsible for the Customer Success teams in North America, Europe and India. In that capacity, John is focused on delivering a world-class customer experience for the company’s OEM, dealer and shop customers. Teams reporting to John include the Customer Support teams based in the US and UK which handle inbound calls, the Customer Success team which is responsible for the post-sales customer journey across products, and the Field team which focuses on helping dealership parts departments become more efficient and successful in selling OE parts.

John joined OEC in 2005 and has held previous roles in the Sales, Product and Customer Success teams. In 2011, he received the OEC Chairman’s Award, a prestigious internal honor, for an outstanding performance throughout the year.

He earned his Bachelor’s degrees from Miami University (OH), in Mass Communication and History. He belongs to the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA).
