NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program that honors 99 Northeast Ohio top workplaces that excel in talent attraction and retention, provide challenging and meaningful work and competitive compensation, and offer strong organizational support. Developed in 1999 by ERC, the program consists of an extensive application that evaluates organizational practices in a variety of categories.

“We are thrilled to once again be named to the NorthCoast 99 list of the top workplaces in Northeast Ohio,” said Amy French, OEC Vice President, Human Resources. “It is rewarding to be recognized for our workplace culture. A strong workplace culture helps drive employee engagement, a key differentiator for top performing companies. This recognition would not be possible without our talented and dedicated employees.”

Winning organizations are elevating the employee experience with increasingly progressive and innovative HR practices and benefits that are critical in today’s market. We look forward to sharing the success stories of our esteemed winners,” said Kelly Keefe, president of ERC.

The NorthCoast 99 awards are based on the evaluation of each company’s responses to policy and practice questions that are used to identify and rank the employer’s ability to attract top talent.
