OEC's OEM-specific teams are based in our Krakow office in Poland and work in secure, access-controlled environments (offshoring / outsourced staffing). There are also dedicated OEC employees working within OEM's offices globally and with OEM staff-specific, specialist data projects (onshore staffing). We also offer consultancy services as an alternative option.
All of our offshore / outsourced teams are security cleared and work in private areas to ensure all OEM data is separate and secure. Access to these teams and their areas is controlled and limited. We also send authored data through encrypted connections to OEM data centres with dedicated hardware for that specific OEM, ensuring that no data is contaminated at any point.
OEC EPC enables any user to quickly identify the part they need for a specific vehicle. This can be in the traditional stand-alone EPC mode or fully integrated with other applications for workflow efficiencies.
EPCLink is an add-on feature for RepairLink℠ and CollisionLink® users, designed to provide direct access to parts catalog data directly within your OEC Portal.
