How does it help?

We help sellers reduce idle inventory counts and generate revenue to reinvest. We help buyers purchase parts at a discount.

Is there a charge?

There is no set up fee or monthly fee. You only get charged a fee when you choose to complete an offer.

Where will I see that charge?

The transaction fees are billed on your monthly parts statement or directly billed from OEC.

Does OEC handle the financial transaction between the dealers?

The financial transaction occurs between the buying and selling dealerships.

Who pays for shipping?

The selling dealership pays shipping costs.
