How to Self-Enrol in Payments Powered by OEC

Payments Powered by OEC is the most reliable way to get paid for your RepairLink orders. Say goodbye to bounced checks, cash-handling risks, and complicated return processes. With just a few quick steps, you'll be ready to simplify your workflow and ensure reliable, on-time payments.

Follow the instructions below to get started today!

First, select the Payments tab in RepairLink, then click Account Setup.

Click Activate to launch the Stripe account setup window.

Enter your Email, then click Submit.

Create a Password and then click Submit.

Follow the directions to Set up two-step authentication, then click Next.

Enter your Legal business name, Business name (Doing Business As) if needed, and Employer Identification Number (EIN) in the provided fields.

Business address and business phone number fields

Fill in your Business address and Business phone number.

Choose the Industry from the drop-down and provide your Business website (optional) and a brief Product description in the provided fields.

In the product description field, please include:

What your business sells
Who the customers are
How/where the products are sold

Example: My business sells auto parts to wholesale customers and repair shops through OEConnection's RepairLink Platform.

Enter the required details for the business representative.

This must be someone who has significant responsibility for your business.

Click a tile to select an account for payouts.

Note: If you do not see the account you want, click Enter bank account credentials instead and follow the instructions to add an account.

In the confirmation window, click Agree and continue.

All of your accounts will automatically be selected to connect.

Click Connect accounts to continue.

Note: If needed, click an account to remove it.

Click Done on the Success window.

Select an account for payouts, then click Continue.

Note: You can click link another account or enter bank account details manually to set up an alternative account for payouts.

Type the required public details for customers in the fields provided.

This information will appear on the shop's receipt. Scroll down to provide your Customer Service phone number. Click Continue.

Review your details, then scroll down to click Agree and Submit.

Stripe will label any missing or invalid information. Click Edit to enter the information. Once confirmed, a dealer account is created in the OEC Stripe platform, and the dealer OEC ID will be tied to this account.

The status of your account is displayed in the Dealer Portal on the Accounts Setup page in the Payments tab.

How to Self-Enrol in Payments Powered by OEC
