AUDATEX REPAIRER AUDACONNECT AUTHORISATION

In order to use the OEC parts management system, the AudaConnect service provided by Audatex, must be in place. AudaConnect is used to deliver the secure data transfer from Audaenterprisegold to the VISION system. The data sent will be in line with your VISION agreement, allowing all parties to benefit from improved speed and accuracy of information exchange. Please note all Work Providers will be included unless you specifically list as an exclusion. The AudaConnect Service will send the following data:

Repairer Identifiers; postcode, company name, Audatex site ID, address
Assessment Identifiers; assessment number, inspection date
Vehicle Identifiers; model, build date, VRN, year registered, month registered, VIN, manufacturer
Parts; price, description, part number

The Repairer will use the AudaConnect service under the terms of their existing agreement in place with Audatex.

Repairer Letter to GT Motive

The parts management system is a purchasing information service (“Service”) provided by OEConnection Limited (“OEC”) to Bodyshop Repairers (“Repairer(s)”).

The Service requires the extraction of data (“Repairer Data”), as defined below, from the Repairer’s vehicle estimating platform (“GT Global”), property of GT Motive Limited (“GT Motive”).

Repairer Data is merged in OEC’s data warehouse with product and pricing information provided by the relevant VM and the resulting information is then used to provide the Service.

By signing this Letter, the Repairer agrees to the extraction of Repairer Data from GT Global and instructs GT Motive to communicate Repairer Data to OEC for this purpose, all subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Terms and conditions:

The Repairer Data will be limited to:
1. Vehicle manufacturer, model, colour, year and month of registration, VIN number, registration number;
2. Part number, part description, part price, part quantity;
3. Assessment number, claim number, calculation date, version information, total loss indicator;
4. Gross total, VAT amount, vehicle market value, market value ratio;
5. Company name, work provider name, repairer name.
The Repairer declares and guarantees that the Repairer Data has been collected and uploaded to GT Global in compliance with all applicable laws.
The Repairer guarantees that this communication of personal data complies with all applicable laws.
GT Motive shall disclaim any liability for damages derived of data processing provided that (i) it has acted according to the obligations specifically addressed to processors, as appropriate, included in the Data Protection Regulation; and (ii) it has acted according to your instructions.
