Mark Van Daele

Mark has extensive experience running and scaling large organisations in the software industry. At OEC, he runs the customer facing teams in Customer Success, Support, Data Authoring and Field Services, the Business Systems team and the Enterprise Project Management Office which includes M&A diligence and integration.

Mark’s focus throughout his career has been on building strong leadership teams with an emphasis on creating customer value. Before joining OEC, Mark was the COO for Accruent where he led a large Services organisation, Customer Support, Cloud Operations and IT. Accruent is a leading provider of software solutions for Physical Asset Management. During Mark’s tenure, Accruent was acquired by Fortive in 2018 (DJI – FTV) after a period of significant growth. Prior to Accruent, Mark was the SVP of Professional Services for OpenSymmetry, a leader in the implementation of Sales Performance Management solutions, where he currently serves on the Board.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Antwerp University of Industrial Engineering and serves as a part-time board member for OpenSymmetry based in Austin, TX.
