Rebecca Smith
General Counsel
Rebecca Smith serves as General Counsel for OEC. Rebecca served as Associate General Counsel upon joining OEC in 2018, and as outside counsel for OEC since 2010 as an attorney with Critchfield, Critchfield, & Johnston. Rebecca provides guidance on corporate governance, contract negotiations, compliance matters, software licencing, trademark protection and other legal matters surrounding eCommerce development for OEC.
She holds her Juris Doctorate degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University with a double major in political science and economics management. Rebecca has more than 11 years’ experience practicing corporate law.
