Patrick Brown

With an extensive background in the technology and automotive sectors, Patrick oversees OEC and its offices in six countries, 1,500 employees and global customer footprint that includes 45 Manufacturers, 30,000 auto dealers and 135,000 wholesale customers.
With over 20 years in leadership positions, Patrick is defined by his unwavering commitment to employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining OEC, Mr. Brown served as President and CEO at Innovative Aftermarket Systems (IAS), a leading provider of technology and finance & insurance (F&I) solutions to the automotive industry. IAS is one of the largest F&I providers in the US, serving more than 6,000 dealerships across the country and was sold in 2020 to iA Financial Corp (TO: IAG). Prior to IAS, Brown was General Manager for commercial prepaid business for Netspend, a Global Payments company (NYSE: GPN), and prior to Netspend, he co-founded Continental Transfer, which was acquired by Euronet Worldwide (NASDAQ: EEFT).
Mr. Brown holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Bachelor of Science, Economics and Finance from Wingate University. He serves as a part-time board member for All Web Leads, Inc.
