
Tanya Sweetland
Senior Vice President of Collision
In her role as SVP of Collision, Tanya oversees OEC’s collision strategy and platforms, ensuring continued innovation, value delivery, and exceptional service to stakeholders, partners, and customers in collision repair.
Tanya has decades of experience across collision repair including at Caliber, Audatex, and Solera in service, software and SaaS, building and leading teams across go-to-market functions as well as strategy, product management, engineering, and business delivery. Tanya joined OEC in 2021 through the acquisition of OEMiQ, a company she co-founded with the mission to drive safety, trust and transparency into vehicle repair by making repair research and planning easier, faster and more effective for repair teams in the US and Canada. Since 2021, Tanya has led OEC’s collision strategy and the Advanced Repair Technologies division when the RepairLogic repair planning platform was delivered to the market in 2022.
Tanya volunteers her time to advance the collision industry, currently serving in an advisory role for the Collision Engineering Careers Alliance and as an IBIS Ambassador for IBIS Worldwide. In addition, she is the Immediate Past Chair of the Women’s Industry Network (WIN) in her 7th year on the Board of Directors. Tanya earned a bachelor’s degree from George Fox University and lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband where she is the proud mother of three adult children pursuing their careers and education nearby and stepmother of two.
