Chris Chapman

Chris Chapman serves as the Chief Financial Officer for OEC. In this role, he has executive leadership responsibility for the company’s global finance, accounting, BIS functions, Global Human Resources, Corp Development, Procurement and Facilities.

Mr. Chapman brings more than 20 years of experience as a senior financial leader, including an extensive background in global finance and treasury operations, investor relations, and M&A.

Prior to joining OEC, Mr. Chapman held several leadership positions at Diebold Nixdorf, Inc., including Controller – International Operations, VP of Global Finance, SVP and Chief Financial Officer, and Acting Co-President & CEO.

Mr. Chapman holds an MBA in International Business and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Akron.
