Ike Herman

As EVP Corporate Development, Ike Herman is charged with strategically growing every aspect of the company’s business lines and leading all product marketing efforts. Ike also oversees the Customer Success organization. Previously, Ike served as Chief Operating Officer – Europe & Asia, located in the UK, where he was responsible for the integration of European Entities as well as the growth and development of the international presence of OEC and its product offerings.

Throughout his tenure, Ike has been a part of the development, growth or leadership of every business unit at OEC. Ike joined OEC in 2003 as a Territory Development Representative and advanced within the customer-facing units of the organization with leadership roles in Sales, Account Services and Product Management. Previous roles include serving as Chief Product Officer, and Vice President & Business Team Lead – Supply Chain & eCommerce, the company’s largest strategic business unit, where he oversaw the relaunch of core products and the development of the company’s go-forward ecommerce strategy.

Mr. Herman holds a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication with a minor in Business from Bowling Green University. In 2018, Ike was named one of Automotive News’ Rising Stars in the industry.
